Symptoms

Internal Network Issue, Link to the AEMs is Down on Both AEMs and Both A & B Links.

The status in ACSLS and seeing that all CAPs were online and 'green' in SLconsole, the customer entered some tapes via the right AEM.  
The enter operation completed successfully.

Despite everything appearing to be functioning normally, SLconsole is showing that the links are still down.
