One Ilom entity was found to be in a state of "spinning forever" in the asset tree of the Ops Center BUI, the asset would continue to "spin" whether it is clicked on or not.
Problem reportedly occurred due to a failed agent deployment to CDOM.
Another symptom was that the CDOM and 6 guests were no longer visible underneath the spinning Ilom, all of which functioned correctly outside of Ops Center.
Sometimes when clicking the Ilom icon a popup would occur stating: "We were unable to complete your request."
None of the following steps resolved the problem:
- Restart of CDOMS agent
- Re-deployment of agent on CDOM
- Restart of Proxy Host
