Symptoms
This is a Solaris 11.2 (SRU 11.2.0.42.0) new guest LDOM server with two new virtual disks assigned from control domain.
These virtual disks comes from a Hitachi SAN disk array, and the guest domain detect one vdisk as UNKNOWN type with format command:
