Information in this document applies to any platform.
This issue can be seen in a number of different ways:
- The Message Center displays "N" critical incidents and "N" warning incidents in the "Unassigned incidents" table.
- One or none incidents will be visible the "All unassigned incidents section".
- New alerts that come through are not showing in the UI.
Problem appears after upgrade to 12.3.1 Or fresh install of 12.3.1.
