Upgrading an Ops Center EC or PC at version 12.2.2 or earlier to Solaris 11.3 (or later) via "pkg update" or "zoneadm attach -u" can fail if Oracle Enterprise Manager OpsCenter 12.2.2 (or earlier) components are installed in the Solaris instance (GlobalZone/NonGlobalZone) to be upgraded.
Running "pkg update -nv" or "zoneadm attach -u/-U" log file will report something similar to
Attempt to upgrade Solaris to 11.3 (or later)
Attempt to install Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Center 12.2.2 (or earlier) on Solaris 11.3 (or later)
