SL150 - Tape Library Persistent Binding Is Not Working (Doc ID 2110789.1)

Goal

Persistent binding is not working.
Below is the log showing, that the scsidev was changed from scsidev@2.0.1 to scsidev@2.2.1 after rebooting the host.
OS: Oracle Linux 6.7
