Symptoms
Manually opened SR's can come in under one of the following event codes:
DM.10000.9x - 9x40 drives
DM.10000.Tx - T10K drives
OM.10000.HL - HP LTO drives
OM.10000.IL - IBM LTO drives
LM.10000.S1 - SL150
LM.10000.S3 - SL3000
LM.10000.S5 - SL500
LM.10000.S8 - SL8500
You may see a message that looks like this in the problem description:
Hostname: not_applicable
Product Type: T10000D
Summary:Manual Case Creation.
Fault event description:The user has request a case to be created and logs sent in.
