Symptoms

These System Alerts are commonly seen after an IO Module (IOM) is replaced or a new Drive Enclosure is added to the system but have also been observed after a software update.  Their presence does not necessarily indicate an actual mismatch as they can also be caused by a disruption on the SAS chain during a Controller or system restart.  If there is no actual mismatch, they can safely be ignored until a system restart can be scheduled.
