NSP DataFeed Application Does Not Reflect the Real Status of the Export (Doc ID 2144146.1)

Goal

Sometimes when the user is Activating or De-Activating datafeeds in NSP Datafeed application, the Status will not reflect it.

For example when de-activating, the Status will be stuck at "stopping" instead of "Not Exporting", what is the cause of this issue and how to fix it ?
