"HTTPS_UNKNOWN_HOST_FAILURE" event is recorded during failed callhome test.

Changes

If using the Fully Qualified Name (FQN) of the Oracle Call-Home Server, callhome.support.pillardata.com, confirm there are no problems with your Domain Name System (DNS) Server
