Datasets shared by ZFS in current boot environment may not be shared in a new BE after creation (Doc ID 2165385.1)

Symptoms

After activation of the new BE some ZFS datasets which were previously shared via sharenfs or sharesmb are no longer actively being shared in that new boot environment.

Changes

 Creation of new boot environment via beadm create or pkg upgrade operations that trigger a new BE to be created.
