Panic In The Emulex Driver In Emlxs_mb_init() After An Emlxs_reset() (Doc ID 2177032.1)

Symptoms

Solaris 10 or Solaris 11.0 systems can panic in the emulex driver in emlxs_mb_init() after an emlxs_reset()

Should this issue occur, a panic and stack trace similar to this will be shown in the /var/adm/messages file:
