Exalytics - Auto Service Request (ASR) Utility Missing from Base Image in Release 2.0.0.0.0 and 2.0.0.1.0

Symptoms
After installing Exalytics Release 2.0.0.0.0, or Release 2.0.0.1.0, and Linux 6, the Auto Service Request (ASR) utility is missing. With previous Exalytics patchsets, the ASR utility is included in the base image, but it is not found on the server after installing the Linux 6 image.
This problem occurs on all Exalytics Linux 6 bare metal servers (including those that were previously running a lower level PS Patch with ASR and were then re-imaged to Linux 6). This issue affects Exalytics servers with Linux 6.6 (2.6.39-400.248.3.el6uek.x86_64) and Linux 6.7 (2.6.39-400.281.1.el6uek.x86_64).
Changes
Installed or re-imaged server to Release 2.0.0.0.0 or 2.0.0.1.0 and Linux 6.6 (2.6.39-400.248.3.el6uek.x86_64) or Linux 6.7 (2.6.39-400.281.1.el6uek.x86_64).
