Not Possible To Discover Servers From Ops Center version 12.3.1 (Doc ID 2182629.1)

Discovering  Ilom servers using Ops Center 12.3.1 could fail showing the following error messages,

09/12/2016 02:46:15 PM CEST INFO Starting service tag based discovery (Server) for target <IP> (<HOSTNAME>)... (10121)
09/12/2016 02:47:15 PM CEST ERROR Discovery driver reported: Fail to retrieve the ethernet ports IPMI for host <IP> exit with errors: Set Session Privilege Level to ADMINISTRATOR failed: Unknown (0x81)
Error: Unable to establish IPMI v2 / RMCP+ session
Get Channel Info command failed
Set Session Privilege Le..., driver={1}, at target {2}. (10137)
