The robot frequently reports issues pulling tapes from the magazines, despite the base chassis having been replaced recently.
Seeing the same error after the chassis was replaced.

Symptoms

The robot frequently reports issues pulling tapes from the magazines.

Unable to pull cartridge, could not pull tape out of slot.
