MaxRep: MaxRep Engine status is Unknown After Upgrading FS1-2 to Version 6.2.11 or Higher (Doc ID 2192488.1)

Symptoms

After completing the FS1-2 software upgrade to release 6.2.11 or higher, the status of the MaxRep Engine may change to Unknown. In the FS1-2 GUI navigate to the "System" tab -> click "Status Summary" from the left menu. In the main page under "Replication Engines" the Service Status and Agent Status is Unknown.
