- When hitting "Install" on the PSA (https://IPofMachine/setup/) "Software Version" page of OCOM a error message "Installation in progress" appears and the update does not process
- When trying to upload a update file on on the PSA (https://IPofMachine/setup/) "Software Version" page of OCOM a error message "File upload failed" appears and the upload does not progress
