MacOS Users Report Some Keys Not Working as Expected in Remote X11 Applications Provisioned via SGD (Doc ID 2198105.1)

Symptoms

Users connecting to Secure Global Desktop (SGD) with Apple MacBooks running Mac OS X may report that some keyboard keys do not work as expected in remotely provisioned X applications, but these keys were proven to work as expected when used in local, native applications. 

Please Note: This behavior has been seen in both the default "US" keyboard map for Macs, as well as the "US - International" keyboard map.  Please carefully review the instructions below to ensure editing the correct map for the impacted users.

This behavior was found to be specific to the performance of two physical keys:

All other keys worked as expected.
