Forcing a System Crash dump on Solaris 11.3 x64 Servers may fail with "PTE space exhausted" (Doc ID 2208471.1)

Symptoms

If the described issue occurs, a forced dump such as "reboot -d" will fail with the following error: 

Pressing any key does not reboot the system. The system has to be rebooted from the iLOM. No crash dump file will be generated or saved under /var/crash when this issue is encountered.
