On systems with a large number of CPUs and a large number of zpools, "fork: Resource temporarily unavailable" errors occur even if sekpsize has already been increased (Doc ID 2211699.1)

Not Applicable for Solaris 11.4 and above ( see unpublished bug 24798432 which sets segkp's new size to 380GB on Sparc and 315GB on x86 )

 segkpsize was increased several times (up to 8G) but fork failures were still seen on the system
