Solaris Volume Manager (SVM) metaset Command Returns Error "drive dX is not common with host XXX" when Adding New Disk in Solaris Cluster (Doc ID 2211847.1)

Symptoms

Adding a new disk to a diskset with Solaris Volume Manager (SVM) metaset command, in a Solaris Cluster, then it fails as follows:

The DID device d12 is available and in OK status on both cluster nodes.
The cluster commands 'cldev populate' and  'cldev refresh' were also performed on both nodes.
