Solaris Cluster ACSLS Resource Can Not Start in Cluster due to Timeout (Doc ID 2212790.1)

When switching ACSLS resource group online on Solaris Cluster an ACSLS resource will not come online. It will time out.

After timeout it will failover to another cluster node where the timeout happens as well. Increasing the timeout longer does not help.

Errors from /var/adm/messages:

The ACSLS resource and resource group will be in offline state after the failures.
