Symptoms

This is a Cisco MDS 9124 FC switch (firmware 3.1(3a) from 2007 ) , there was a problem with port fc1/13  at "Sun Jan 22 23:22:14 2017" where there is a SE6140 Disk Controller Array connected to it :

'show module internal exceptionlog' 

 

Changes

The reason for the link down was external to the switch, the SE6140 controller B was rebooted at "2017 Jan 22 23:22:00" , this triggered another problem on the FC switch.
