Solaris Cluster HA-SAP ORCL.sapstartsrv Resource Starts Replicated Enqueue Server even When ORCL.saprepenq Resource is Offline (Doc ID 2228664.1)

Symptoms

 Solaris Cluster is running HA-SAP as described in the "Oracle Solaris Cluster Data Service for SAP NetWeaver Guide".

The following output (a part of the HA-SAP setup) shows that the ORCL.saprepenq resource "name-rs" is offline. And the ORCL.sapstartsrv resource "name-startsrv-rs" is online.

There processes should be controlled by ORCL.saprepenq resource "name-rs" which is currently offline.
