"Command not found" when Running OCSM Commands (Doc ID 2249333.1)

In 3.4.x, programs located in /opt/oracle/ocsm/sbin cannot be executed by entering their name in the shell.

For example entering vsictl.py and pressing Enter will return "Command not found".
