LUNs Not Visible in Guest LDOM When Using vSAN And vHBA

Solaris 11.3 GA version for 11.3

Installed LDOM release is: 3.3.0.0.17-0.175.3.0.0.28.0.
Using LDOMs on SPARC and disk LUNs are presented from the I/O domain to the LDOM using vSAN and vHBA.
The disks that are mapped to the I/O domain are coming from a PureStorage FlashArray or similar behaving storage device.
When adding the vHBA to the LDOM, LUNs are not visible and the following events are logged to /var/adm/messages of the LDOM:
