ODA X5 Server Patching To 188.8.131.52 Failed Due To Unable To Stop Clusterware On One Node

Oracle Database Appliance X5-2
Failed to patch ODA X5 to 184.108.40.206.0 because failed to stop clusterware on one node during patching. The ODA was running on 220.127.116.11.0.
Also, run oaklci show disk returns not connect to oakd.

> CRS-2675: Stop of 'ora.crsd' on 'oda1' failed
> CRS-4000: Command Stop failed, or completed with errors. ,
