 If the ME is running 3.4.x -> enable System Setting "Enable call events publisher"
 First time connection setup - restart might be required
 Check that the time is matching
 Check connection between OCFM and ME
 Established connection
 Traffic flowing from ME to OCFM
 Check that there is an established connection between fdpproxy and fdpcallevent on OCFM (3.3.93.2.0 or newer)
 Check OCFM table sizes
 Check hostname resolution:
 Run services in debug mode
