Solaris Cluster Introduction of EMC 450F All-Flash (VMAX3 family) causing SCSI Command Timeout Storm for Clustered LDOM vdev's (Doc ID 2290621.1)

Symptoms

When booting a Guest LDOM into Cluster the related EMC SAN devices generate a storm of SCSI Command Timeouts (CT's) in the Control Domain (CDOM). This can render the entire platform unusable.
The amount of these CT's is directly proportional to the number of these VDEV's allocated to the Guest LDOM.
