Symptoms
When changing the compression method on a bootable zpool to lz4 or gzip, a subsequent reboot will display an "only lzjb supported" error message before the OS banner, eg:

Enabling 'lz4' or 'gzip' compression on the Operating System boot pool (rpool) on systems running Solaris 11.3 or later. LZ4 was available in ZFS Version 37 which is available from 11.3 onwards.
