Symptoms
SPARC T7-2 server with internal NVME disks running Solaris 11.3 SRU 22.
This customer has another SPARC T7-2 server also running Solaris 11.3 SRU 22 and same firmware levels that does NOT panic, so what is the cause of this panic?

The nvme driver was integrated into Solaris 11.2 and later.
