Configuration Errors While Adding Session Agent to Oracle Communications Session Delivery Manager (Doc ID 2313519.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 23, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Session Delivery Manager - Version 7.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

To get the resolution of Configuration Errors while adding Session Agent to OCSDM.

The screen shot here is for :

OCSDM version: NNC752M2 RHEL6.3 (64 bit)
Acme Packet 4500 SD version: SCZ740p4

In Configuration Manager window using ACLI view :

1)Creating new "session-router > session-agent" fails as OCSDM GUI requires (mandatory) match-identifier values for fields identifier-rule & match-value.
These fields should be optional as per SD configuration using acli (ssh) access.

2)Additionally the Session Agent "match-identifier" "identifier-rule" value is a mapping to a "session-router >session-agent-id-rule" object but there is no OCSDM option to add/modify session-"agent-id-rule objects".
