Symptoms
Customer was running a special HSM 6.1.35c6 release on Oracle Solaris 11.3.23.5.0
This special build code includes the fix for Bug 25071491 - sam_fuid_table_add_fuid recursive rw_enter panic on .fuid/.domain files
However, a similar recursive rw_enter panic occurred again on Sep 27:
