Receive "Error Code 19231" When Trying To Configure Multi-homed SCTP Connection on Diameter Signaling Router (Doc ID 2333087.1)

Goal

When trying to add or edit a connection to use SCTP multi-homing, receive the following popup error in the Connection Configuration screen:

"[Error Code 19231] - Mixing uni-homed and multi-homed SCTP connections having intersecting IPs with a single local node are not allowed when Connection Mode is Responder Only or Initiator & Responder."
