Symptoms
Customer sees CPU spikes on ECB ( Enterprise communications broker) and ECB stops processing the calls. Error observed " sipd@DCC-ECB3: CRITICAL PAC Buffer Usage [Critical] Total
8000 Free 999 Size 8204" and also " CommMonitorServer pipe13000 127.0.0.1:13000 failed to allocate PAC buffer"
