ISUP to ISUP Correlation over Platform Device Does Not Happen Immediately
(Doc ID 2349090.1)
Last updated on AUGUST 18, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Communications Session Monitor - Version 3.3.x to 3.3.x [Release 3.0]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
There is an ISUP to ISUP flow over the Platform Device (STP or Signalling Gateway type) and as per the correlation algorithm the two call legs (incoming and outgoing to/from the device) should correlate, however such does not happen immediately when IAMs are seen as one would expect per experience with SIP calls correlation (based always on INVITEs) but later on during a call or perhaps even just on its end few minutes later. Until then the 2 legs shows as separate calls.
