Symptoms

HPE Smart Array P841_4GB FBWC 12Gb 4-ports Ext SAS Controller" in HBA Mode works just with a limited number of Shelves and not in dual" domain" configuration
(for example 2 HPE 3600 Shelves in daisy chain are recognized, 3 Shelves result in kernel Panic "in module unix due to NULL pointer dereference")

This Server "HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen9" with 6x3600 Shelves has been sold from HP as Solaris 11 certified
