Support Annotations:
T10000C/D - FSC 3001 - These errors are sometimes linked to 3002 errors. There is a code change for 3001 errors in 4.13.101 microcode for T10KD and 3.64.101 code for T10KC.  This change will also be in 3.65.103 code.

A drive fatal error (SNO) has occurred. These SNO (Should Not Occur) errors will cause the drive to stop communicating with the host and automatically force a drive dump. The drive will come back online after it IPLs. This action will cause the current tape job to terminate. Engage an L2 Tape Domain engineer to investigate and open a bug as this drive is running on current microcode.
