Symptoms

 The panic string will look similar to this:

 

panic[cpu20]/thread=ffffff03d1c81c20: BAD TRAP: type=e (#pf Page fault)
rp=ffffff03d1c81a70 addr=e0 occurred in module "genunix" due to a NULL
pointer dereference

 

The panic stack will look similar to this:
