Solaris 11 or Solaris 10 can encounter a BAD TRAP panic in list_head called by sa_find_idx_tab (Doc ID 2379914.1)

 The panic stack will look similar to this:

 

BAD TRAP: type=e (#pf Page fault) rp=ffffff002fc0e760 addr=60 occurred in module "genunix" due to a NULL pointer dereference
