Symptoms
Customer was trying to NFS export their HSM filesystem - which usually works. But now the clients all hang when trying to mount the filesystems
Steps Followed:
HSM server:
(if rebooting/IPL): wait for system to boot
mount /<file_system>
svcadm restart network/nfs/server
share -F nfs -o root=@<ip_address>,rw=@<ip_address> /<file_system>
share -A
On client:
mount -t nfs -o vers=3,noacl: <file_systems>
(client just hangs)
On the server they seen errors in /var/adm/messages:

There were no apparent changes
