T10000C - Drive Got Reset After DUMP FSC 4969

Drive: 576004008921
Type: T10000c
Version: 3.64.101-5.50  Last Updated 2018-04-03 12:02:17

2018-04-03 07:00:42 (SA-365) Analysis of logs detected fatal drive error (SNO) has occurred due to down level microcode. These SNO (Should Not Occur) errors will cause the drive to stop communicating with the host and automatically force a drive dump.  The drive will come back online after it IPLs.  This action will also cause the current tape job to terminate.
This drive has microcode that is down level by several revisions and is considered unsupported microcode.  It is highly recommended to upgrade the drive microcode, at your earliest convenience, on all drives of this model to the current microcode version 3.65.103.    <-----------------------------------  Up level firmware.
Drive Microcode When the Failure Occurred:  3.64.101
SNO FSC: 4969
