Calls and Registrations are no longer displayed and SysLog/Messages shows "Table has no partition for value" (Doc ID 2389474.1)

Symptoms

Users find that Calls and Registrations are no longer displayed in the Operations Monitor graphs.  Rebooting the server does not resolve the issue.

The Operation Monitor is still receiving call traffic though as users can go into Traces, and capture current traffic.

Review of the syslog or messages file on the server will show an exception resulting in the error "Table has no partition for value" e.g
