Cannot Import Platform Devices, getting error : "Transaction Aborted" (Doc ID 2420602.1)

Symptoms

Import of JSON file on 3.3.93.6 release fails.

User performed export of Platform Devices on 4.0.0.2.0 release and is using this file in JSON format to import on 3.3.93.6 release.

Import fails with error "transaction aborted"
