Cannot Upgrade/Boot SBC: Error: BCM582x: Selftest: Selftest Flag Not Set (Doc ID 2423263.1)

Symptoms

 While performing SBC Upgrade from ECZ730m2p8 to ECZ730m2p18, on a 3820 SBC, below errors appeared on boot log and upgrade failed :

BCM582x: Selftest: Selftest flag not set. Not doing Selftest
Ioctl Call Failed.
BCM582x: Selftest: Selftest flag not set. Not doing Selftest
Ioctl Call Failed.
BCM582x: Selftest: Selftest flag not set. Not doing Selftest
Ioctl Call Failed.

 

SBC was in HA Pair, and upgrade failed for just one SBC.
