Symptoms
Both disks recognized by Solaris.
Changes
- Solaris reboot and problem persisted.
- Upgraded the platform firmware to the latest version and problem persisted.
- Oracle Hardware Management Pack(OHMP) updated and problem persisted.
- We were able to re-create the raid volume only after isolated the utilities and Solaris, it worked via OpenBoot PROM(OBP) commands.
