Symptoms
Solaris hang condition caused by any of the following scenarios:
- A disk is part of a mirrored ZFS pool and is physically removed from the chassis.
- Failure of a disk even if the zpool is in a non-mirrored configuration.
- A working disk is unconfigured with "cfgadm -c unconfigure <Ap-Id>".
