Users are Unable to Launch Desktop Sessions after Secure Global Desktop Upgrade (Doc ID 2449288.1)

Symptoms

After an upgrade of a SGD deployment to version 5.4, the Secure Global Desktop Administrator receives reports that users are unable to launch Windows applications that were working as expected prior to update.

Review of correlatory diagnostic logs within expece[PID]_error.log showed the following entries, corresponding to the time of launch failure:

 

Changes

The SGD Administrator reported that the server had recently been upgraded from 5.3 to 5.4.
