Symptoms

LDOM Resource Group failover from the active node to the passive node fails and it's throwing the below error and not able to failover.

Additional notes:

1. We are able to use "ldm migrate -c ... ..." to live migrate the LDOM from the node1 to the node2 without issue on the networking.

2. When we try to ping through "clprivnet0" using "ping x.x.x.x" from the node1, it failed. And this scenario is vice versa for the node2.
