Goal

How do we access/view "Local Congestion configuration"? It was available in release 5.0 on the main GUI.
I want to know the details on "Local Congestion configuration".
How DSR determines that the DA-MP is in CL1, CL2, CL3? What is the criteria to determine that the DA-MP is in CL1, CL2, CL3?
